Angola and Finland strengthen bilateral dialogue
In Luanda, Secretary of State Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes received Satu Helina Lassila, Ambassador of Finland to Angola, with non-resident status. The meeting addressed agriculture, livestock, digitalisation, education, technology, telecommunications and instruments for economic cooperation.

NACC is developing its first technology mission to Stockholm, in coordination with TechArena’s international team. The aim is to convene a strong delegation of Angolan technology companies, connect founders and institutions with the Nordic innovation and investment network, and explore an Angolan presence at the event, including a potential stand, subject to confirmation of the programme and participation arrangements. Angolan technology companies interested in joining the mission are invited to express their interest.

NACC is developing a Nordic clinical mission in Angola from 8 July 2027, with potential professional placements of one to three months, subject to clinical planning, licensing and confirmation by the institutions involved. Initial areas include trauma care, obstetrics, maternal health, neonatology, emergency medicine and other priorities identified with local health partners. Nordic doctors and clinical teams are invited to express interest and help shape the mission.

NACC is developing a mission open to Nordic doctors and clinical teams. Express interest in a one-, two- or three-month professional placement, subject to planning, licensing and confirmation by host institutions.
