A NACC MESSAGE

No man should face this conversation alone.

We remember those who have passed, honour those who continue to fight and recognise the families and professionals who walk alongside each person.

This tribute does not replace medical care. It is an invitation to pay attention, start a conversation and seek professional guidance in good time.

01

Talking about health diminishes no one. It may protect a life.

WHAT WE KNOW

The prostate deserves attention throughout life.

Prostate cancer occurs when cells in the prostate grow out of control. Age, family history and some racial or ethnic groups can influence risk — but a risk factor does not mean a person will develop the disease.

WHAT TO DO

Do not postpone a necessary conversation.

Urinary changes, pain or other concerns should be discussed with a health professional. Assessment and decisions about testing depend on each person’s history and should be made with clinical guidance.

COMMUNITY

Care also means staying present.

Families, friends, employers and institutions can help reduce silence, respect privacy and support access to healthcare, information and treatment.

EDUCATIONAL GAME · 5 QUESTIONS

Test what you know. Earn one care point for every correct answer.

A short experience to learn, not to diagnose. Each answer reveals a useful note.

TO THOSE WHO FIGHT

Your dignity is not measured by a diagnosis.

NACC offers this tribute with respect and solidarity. May every man find room to ask questions, be heard and receive care. May no family have to walk without support.
